Shipping & Delivery Information

Museliving delivers furniture, wine racks and interior products throughout Europe. In-stock orders placed before 12:00 CET on a business day are usually dispatched the same day.

The estimated delivery time for each product is shown on the individual product page. Orders placed after 12:00 CET are normally dispatched on the next business day. If an item is not currently in stock, the expected delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. We will contact you by email with an updated delivery estimate as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped with GLS, DSV or freight transport depending on the size of the order, delivery address and type of product. Collection may also be available where agreed in advance.

If you authorise the carrier to leave your order at a specified location without anyone present to receive it, responsibility for the shipment passes to you once the order has been delivered to that location. For pallet deliveries, please make sure the delivery area is accessible to the carrier and can be reached with a standard pallet truck.

Redelivery

If no one is available to receive the order and no prior agreement has been made to leave it at the delivery address, the carrier may return the shipment and arrange a new delivery attempt. Refusing a scheduled delivery in order to receive the order at another time, without prior agreement with Museliving, is also considered a redelivery. The redelivery fee is €30.

Delivery at a specific time, or outside the standard delivery window of 08:00-16:00, may be arranged for an additional charge. Please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.
